Ek Vivaah... Aisa Bhi is an incredible tale of Chandni, who belongs to a middle-class family and Prem, who belongs to an upper-middle class family. Chandni has a mesmerizing voice and Prem too is an unconventional Ghazal singer. They meet to practice ghazals for the upcoming ghazal competition and soon fall in love. Unfortunately, on the day of their wedding, Chandni's father passes away leaving her younger brother and sister behind. Initially Chandni decides to leave the house and her siblings under the care of her uncle. However, when she realizes that her immoral uncle only desires to capture the house and is least bothered about her siblings, she decides to accept their responsibility whole-heartedly and chooses to bring them up herself. She keeps stone on her heart and takes a bitter decision that she will not marry until her siblings stand on their feet. Prem promises to wait for her and keeps assisting her in all her troubles.
